Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 11, 2025
CaliCoast Home Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a California-based provider of residential and commercial cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, and general home maintenance services. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (calicoasthomeservices.com), mobile app, scheduling platform, and all services we provide. By scheduling a service, signing a work order, or using our digital platforms, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, HVAC maintenance, plumbing repairs, and related home services. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians in compliance with California state laws.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are confirmed via email, SMS, or phone.
You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $75 fee (or the applicable policy fee).
No-show appointments will be charged the full diagnostic or service fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
Estimates are provided before work begins. Written or digital approval is required for changes.
Payment is due upon completion unless a financing plan is approved. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and ACH.
A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
All prices include applicable California sales tax unless you provide a valid resale certificate.
Overdue invoices accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
4. SMS & Communications Consent (A2P 10DLC / CTIA / TCPA Compliant)
By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS/MMS messages from CaliCoast Home Services LLC, including:
Appointment reminders
Service updates
Invoices & payment links
Promotions & satisfaction surveys
Message frequency varies (typically 4–10 messages/month). Message & data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Warranties & Guarantees
Parts: 1-year warranty on installed parts (or manufacturer warranty, whichever is longer).
Labor: 30-day warranty on repairs.
No warranty on customer-supplied parts or pre-existing conditions.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not happy with standard service, we'll return once at no charge to make it right.
6. Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or code violations discovered during service.
Consequential damages (e.g., water damage from undetected leaks).
Acts of God, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. Last updated: November 11, 2025.
